Auxilium members earn 4 hours of PTO per pay period (every 2 weeks). Leave hours automatically begin to accrue the day of registration with Auxilium. Members will be able to log in to view their PTO balance as well as review PTO requests and approvals.
Yes, members have a 31-day waiting period before they are eligible to use PTO. However, PTO begins to accrue from the moment they join.
Yes, members may use up to the balance of their accrued leave hours; not to exceed 40 hours per request.
A maximum of 96 hours is permitted to roll over to the next calendar year. Any hours above the maximum are forfeited.
Hourly leave calculations are determined by the package selected during the member registration process.
Yes. There are no contracts, you may cancel your membership at any time by contacting customer service.
Following a valid PTO reimbursement request, PTO funding will be approved according to the reimbursement times identified by the membership plan selected during registration. Funds will be electronically transferred via ACH to the member within 24 hours of approval. Availability will be according to the members banking institution.
