About Us

The idea of Auxilium was born in December of 2019 when founder, Keenan Gibbs, decided to take paid leave for the entire month. Realizing that not everyone was afforded the same opportunity, Auxilium was created.

Here at Auxilium, we’re transforming what it means to have that much desired equilibrium between personal life and career/work. Approximately one-third of all workers do not have access to paid leave. This means that when a child is ill, or an emergency appointment to the doctor is necessary, those without the benefit of paid leave do not earn income. Auxilium was created to change that. We believe that every single working person, deserves the ability to take leave as necessary and still be compensated.
